Analysis of Village Infrastructure Project Success Factors by Considering Implementation Risks

Rural areas play an important role in supporting the circulation of a people-based economy through equitable development. One form development that villages need is infrastructure. Difficult access to infrastructure causes villagers urbanize city. This condition was also experienced by ABC Village before Nawa Cita program, which made flow run massively. The process requires support and cooperation between village government community. research examines impact its risks. results study policies community have positive effect on success projects. Model measurement with SEM method fit. risk analysis showed there were 5 high-category risks, 12 medium-category 14 low-category 
 Kawasan desa memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung perputaran ekonomi berbasis kerakyatan melalui pemerataan pembangunan. Salah satu bentuk pembangunan yang dibutuhkan adalah aspek infrastruktur. Sulitnya akses infrastruktur menyebabkan warga melakukan urbanisasi ke kota. Kondisi ini juga dialami oleh Desa sebelum adanya program membuat arus berjalan masif. Proses membutuhkan dukungan dan kerja sama antara pemerintah dengan masyarakat desa. Penelitian mengkaji terhadap dampak risikonya. Hasil kajian kebijakan peran berpengaruh positif keberhasilan proyek Pengukuran model metode bernilai analisis risiko diketahui bahwa terdapat kategori tinggi, sedang rendah.
